Kenneth Kwan Kin is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He obtained the RICS scholarship from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1985 and qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor in 1989. He has extensive experience in different types of projects in both public and private sectors in Hong Kong, and projects in China, Singapore and Taiwan.
