Stephen Liu Ling Hong is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor in 1979 and in addition to his experience in Hong Kong he has extensive knowledge and experience of China projects. He was the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in year 2000 to 2001.
