Stephen Lai Yuk Fai is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and a Member of Association of Cost Engineers. He qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor in 1987 and has gained much experience in handling various projects in Taiwan, Singapore and China. He is a past Chairman of the Junior Organisation of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.
