Philip Lo Kai Wah is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Associate of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He obtained a first class honours degree from the University of Hong Kong and qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor in 1985. He spent three years in the Sydney office of Rider Hunt before rejoining the practice in Hong Kong. In addition to his experience in Hong Kong he has extensive knowledge and experience of projects in China and Australia.
