Albert Cheung Ho Sang, JP, the consultant, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors, a Member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Registered Quantity Surveyor in Malaysia. He qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor in 1970. Apart from many years of experience in cost and contract administration in Hong Kong and China, he has also worked in Taipei, Bangkok and Vancouver. He has made special studies in building contract, computer applications and data control. He is a past President of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.
